The apartment is within easy walking distance of the city centre, bus station and both mainline and local train stations. The John Lennon airport can be reached on the city train and by bus.

Liverpool
The City has a profusion of top class Bars and Restaurants and provides a lively nightlife for people of all ages. Liverpool has numerous Museums and Art Galleries. The City has been selected to host the Capital of Culture in 2008, and for the first time ever, the Turner Prize is taking place outside London, and is being staged in Liverpool this year.
Liverpool is famous Worldwide for being the home of the Beatles, and many places associated with the band are located within the city centre. Stroll down Matthews Street and pop into Lennon's bar and the Cavern club and then head to the Albert Docks to look round the Beatles Museum.
The City boasts two Cathedrals - the modern Catholic one and the more traditional Anglican one are both well worth a visit.
Liverpool is also the home to two premier class football clubs - Liverpool and Everton There are many other attractions within easy access by car, bus or train. If you like to play golf, the North-West's own Golf Coast is nearby, with Britain's first Golf Academy situated in Formby.
If you want to venture further a field then you can take the ferry over the Mersey to the Wirral. If you enjoy historic cities with beautiful buildings then Chester is the place to see and it's just a short train ride away. You can even get a boat to the Isle of Man.
