The Accommodation
The apartment is accessed via lifts from either the secure underground parking or the 24 hour lobby. The apartment has full electric central heating, and has an airy open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with TV and DVD player. There is a glass dining table which comfortably seats four and two leather sofas around a low coffee table.
The modern fitted kitchen has a 4 ring electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble drier, iron and ironing board. All cooking utensils, pots and pans are provided and there is crockery and cutlery for six people.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and double wardrobe. There is also a main bathroom located just outside the second bedroom. All bed linen and towels are provided
No pets are allowed and there is no smoking in the apartment.
Prices
The prices quoted are for a single nights stay for the whole apartment not per person. There is NO minimum stay period for our apartment.
Price per night for the apartment Sunday to Thursday £ 150*
Price per night for the apartment Saturday and Sunday £ 200*
*Price for Easter, Christmas and New Year £ 250
A 10% deposit is payable on booking and details of a valid credit card provided.
